Flood Tide
A group of musicians and friends craft extraordinary boats out of whatever junk they can find and set out for open water. Made in collaboration with the Swimming Cities of Switchback Sea, a project dreamed up by the artist Swoon and an eclectic group of artists who built and floated seven large boat-sculptures down the Hudson River.

Let Them Believe
A partially fictionalized story of an artist who takes a crew to Chernobyl and steals objects from an irradiated amusement park in order to make her own carnival ride. Her motives make sense but elude logic. Created in collaboration with 0100101110101101.org

Collaborations

Empire Drive-In, 01SJ Biennial, 2010
A large scale multimedia installation and platform built out of salvaged materials, Empire Drive-In is an indoor drive-in movie theater made out of wrecked cars. The project was designed to screen the live-cinema version of the film Flood Tide and was commissioned by 01SJ Biennial as a platform for short films, features, revivals, and unusual live-film events.

Miss Rockaway Armada and Swimming Cities, 2006-2009
Co-creator of the Miss Rockaway Armada, a collective art project that built and navigated junk rafts down the Mississippi River and gave performances during the summers of 2006-07. The voyage led to two more raft projects: the Swimming Cities of Switchback Sea (Hudson River, 2008) and the Swimming Cities of Serenissima (Venice, 2009).
